Project Description

Established in 1932 as a privately held family business, Superior is one of the top 20 chemical distributors in North America.  From their start as a home fuel oil jobber, they expanded to a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and services provider with a reputation for offering value-added solutions. Superior reached out for an improved website and online presence.

Challenge

Understanding how their current target audiences engage online to strategize an effective website design and online presence.

Solution

Completed in-depth c-level surveys, toured their Indianapolis plant, conducted interviews with members of their sales team, and reviewed competitors’ online presence that contributed to the updates made to their website and improves their online presence. Additional sales and marketing materials were recommended and needed to help enable their sales team. The following were resources were updated and developed to better reflect their already reputable brand: 

  • Updated print materials such as their solvent properties chart
  • Branded swag store for the sales team
  • Brand awareness through remarketing ads
  • Nurture items
