I DON’T KNOW ABOUT THIS STEVEN, I CAN’T PRONOUNCE HIS LAST NAME GUY.
WHAT CAN STEVEN DO FOR ME?

TURN STRATEGY, MARKETING, AND CREATIVE INTO A UNIFIED GROWTH SYSTEM.

Hi, I’m Steven Musngi. I help infrastructure and industrial companies turn marketing into a growth system rather than a random collection of activity. Sometimes that means stepping in as a Fractional CMO. Sometimes it means helping leadership teams see their business differently. But it almost always starts with better questions.

CLARITY BEATS NOISE

The companies that win in crowded markets aren’t the loudest. They’re the clearest.

When companies are clear about what makes them different, marketing starts to work.

Most companies compete in crowded markets where everyone sounds the same. The answer isn’t louder marketing, it’s clearer positioning.

Strategy defines what makes you different.
Creative helps the market see it.

That’s how strong brands stand out.

PROOF THAT STEVEN HAS THE SAUCE.

BRANDS HE’S WORKED WITH

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with companies across infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, and industrial services.

Many of them build and support critical infrastructure, from trenchless contractors to engineering firms and manufacturers.

They often have strong expertise and reputations. What’s often missing is
clear marketing leadership.

I help bring strategy, marketing, and creative into alignment so marketing becomes
a system that supports growth.

About Steven

Some people lean toward strategy.
Others lean toward creativity.

Steven happens to enjoy both.

With degrees in Finance from the Kelley School of Business and Fine Arts from the Herron School of Art & Design, he’s just as comfortable working through the numbers behind a business as he is shaping the story that helps it grow. He enjoys spreadsheets and sketchbooks equally — which is admittedly a little unusual.

Today Steven serves as a Fractional CMO for infrastructure companies, helping leaders clarify positioning, align marketing with growth goals, and turn marketing into a true growth engine.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys music, design, lifting weights, and spending time with family and community. His faith in Jesus Christ shapes how he approaches both life and business.
