TA Services is an experienced, dependable transportation brokerage firm focuses on the following services: Flatbed, Flatbed LTL, Van, Over Weight, and Over Dimensional.

Challenge

TA Services was in need of a brand refresh and process for lead generation targeting shippers and carriers.

Solution

By further developing the strong foundation of their current brand, as well as their messaging framework, TA Services would be better positioned in the marketplace, and able to communicate more effectively with their target audiences. In order to brand and accurately market TA Services the following was executed:

1. New messaging and positioning directed to their target audience of shippers and carriers.
2. “Make Ship Happen” campaign, a lead generation strategy for shippers and carriers.
3. Updated sales and lead handoff process.
